Simple Bliss Balls
A super easy, healthy snack to have stored in the fridge. They will keep for ages in an airtight container.
Makes:
Ingredients
180 grams dates
20 grams desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon water
Method
Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until it comes together to a rough but combined mixture
Roll into small balls and chill for about 20 minutes to firm up
Roll in desiccated coconut
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
The balls can be rolled in other mixtures for variety-try toasting the coconut first or use finely chopped walnuts or toasted unsalted peanuts
